Yeah...how many more blogs will I post today?

It's 2:30 am and I'm still awake - downloading MP3s. While waiting, blogging.

I planned to study, but knowing I had a better choice, it's blogging and downloading over Public Policy and Program Administration.

I should feel guilty - but I'm not. Mwahahahahaahahahahah!!!
